I. Court Admissions and Area of Practice

Ms. Lee was admitted to the practice of law by the Court of Appeals of Maryland in December 2013. Ms. Lee's focus is on immigration removal defense.  She has made numerous appearances before Immigration Courts and agencies.

II. Background

Before collaborating to form BLV Law, PLLC, Ms. Lee worked as an Associate attorney for boutique immigration law firms located in Northern Virginia for three years.  
While attending University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law, Ms. Lee participated in Thomas Tang moot court and led the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association. 

III. Dedication to Immigration Law

Born and raised in South Korea, Ms. Lee came to the United States as a teenager. These experiences have fueled her interest and passion for immigration law. Ms. Lee is a dedicated and compassionate advocate of due process.  She is committed to empowering those who feel powerless at the hands of the federal government.
